How I think about problems
Most people arrive with the problem they can describe. The work is finding the one underneath it — the assumption nobody questioned, the constraint that isn't real, the trade-off nobody named.
I spent fifteen years founding and running my own company, watched it disappear almost overnight when the world shut down in 2020, and rebuilt from zero. That taught me more about decisions under pressure than any classroom.
I studied business at Santa Clara University. I am not a therapist, and that is deliberate: this is strategy for your life — practical, direct and built around what you can do next.
- Clarity before comfort.
- The simplest true explanation wins.
- Leave with a move, not a feeling.
Efficient by design.
Most people don't need months. They need one sharp conversation with someone who sees the whole board. Every session is prepared in advance, focused on one problem, and built to end with a concrete next move.
