We collect the contact details, intake answer, session times, acknowledgements and pre-session answer you provide. Financial aid applications include your situation, affordability answer and consent.

We keep first-visit UTM tags and the referring website’s origin to understand how people find us. A first-party session cookie stores this attribution and protects forms. For free-call abuse prevention we retain normalized email, phone and a keyed hash of your IP address. We do not record calls.

Stripe processes payments. We store checkout references and the amount, never your full card number. If phone verification is enabled, Twilio processes your phone number and verification request. Our email provider delivers booking messages. Private meeting links use the configured video provider; avoid sharing these links.

If enabled, Plausible provides cookieless analytics. Events contain no intake text, contact information, aid codes or private booking links. No information you share is sold, published or used for marketing.

Booking and consent records are retained while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet recordkeeping obligations. Free-call eligibility records are retained to enforce one free call per person. You can ask us to review or delete records that are no longer needed.

Your rights

California residents may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions. You can ask what information we hold and exercise applicable CCPA rights without discrimination. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
